Accessibility

The Company reserves the right to stop work immediately if conditions become unsafe.

Maximum liability shall never exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Cracked materials

Aged ductwork

Fragile components

Structural defects

Hidden mold

Water leaks

Cosmetic inconsistencies
Some services may expose previously hidden conditions.
The Company shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to:

Customer-provided misinformation

Third-party claims

Customer misuse of services

Violations of these Terms

Quality control

Training

Documentation

Marketing

Portfolio display

Social media
No personally sensitive information will intentionally be disclosed.
☯︎ Gold Panthers VIP Membership benefits:

Are non-transferable

Have no cash value
-
May be modified or discontinued

Are subject to availability
The Company reserves the right to terminate memberships for abuse, misconduct, or violations of Company policies.
☯︎ Any disputes arising from Company services shall first attempt to be resolved through informal negotiation.
