Irving Luxe Services Service Agreement

~ This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Irving Luxe Services (“Company”) and the customer (“Client”).

By scheduling, authorizing, purchasing, or accepting services, the Client agrees to all terms outlined below.

SERVICE AGREEMENT

Effective Date: [January 1st, 2026]

1. SCOPE OF SERVICES

☯︎ The Company agrees to provide services requested by the Client, which may include but are not limited to:
 

  • Air duct cleaning

  • Vent cleaning

  • Pressure washing

  • Hauling & transport

  • Property maintenance

  • Specialty cleaning

  • VIP membership services
     

Services will be limited strictly to the agreed scope.
 

Additional work requested outside the original scope may result in additional charges.

2. ACCESS & WORK CONDITIONS

The Client agrees to provide:

  • Safe access to work areas

  • Adequate workspace

  • Necessary utility access

  • Accurate property information

  • Safe operating conditions
     

The Company reserves the right to refuse or stop work if unsafe conditions exist.

3. PRE-EXISTING CONDITIONS

The Client acknowledges that:

  • Existing damage may already be present

  • Hidden conditions may exist

  • Certain materials may be fragile or deteriorated

  • Cleaning or service procedures may reveal hidden issues
     

The Company is not responsible for pre-existing defects or concealed damage.

4. PAYMENT AGREEMENT

The Client agrees:

  • To pay all agreed service fees

  • To pay additional approved charges

  • That deposits may be non-refundable

  • That unpaid balances may incur collection activity or late fees
     

Payment is due immediately upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Late cancellations may result in fees

  • Same-day cancellations may be charged up to the full service amount

  • No-shows may result in full service charges

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Irving Luxe Services shall not be liable for:
 

  • Hidden defects

  • Structural failures

  • Existing damage

  • Water intrusion

  • Mold recurrence

  • Electrical issues

  • Surface deterioration

  • Third-party actions

  • Indirect or consequential damages
     

Maximum liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the specific service involved.

7. PHOTO & MEDIA AUTHORIZATION

☯︎ Unless prohibited in writing before service begins, the Client grants Irving Luxe Services permission to photograph or record non-sensitive service areas for:

  • Documentation

  • Training

  • Quality control

  • Marketing

  • Portfolio use

  • Social media

No personal identifying information will intentionally be disclosed.

8. VIP MEMBERSHIP TERMS

  • Memberships are non-transferable
     

  • Benefits are subject to availability
     

  • Membership fees are non-refundable
     

  • Membership misuse may result in termination

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

☯︎ Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall first attempt informal resolution.


☯︎ Where permitted by law, disputes may proceed through mediation, arbitration, or small claims court.
 

☯︎ Class-action participation is waived where legally enforceable.

10. ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT

By scheduling, authorizing, paying for, or accepting services, the Client confirms:
 

  • They have read this Agreement
     

  • They understand this Agreement
     

  • They voluntarily agree to these terms
     

  • They authorize Irving Luxe Services to perform services

  • Specific financial outcomes

  • Increased property value

  • Long-term system performance

  • Direct damages

  • Emotional distress

  • Service interruptions

  • Delays

  • Environmental conditions

  • Hidden defects

  • System failures

  • Structural issues

  • Third-party actions
     

Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service involved.

5. Use At Your Own Risk

☯︎ Customers voluntarily use Company services at their own discretion and risk.
 

Customers accept responsibility for:

  • Service decisions

  • Property conditions

  • Maintenance obligations

  • Follow-up care

  • Independent inspections

  • Regulatory compliance

6. No Legal, Medical, Engineering, Or Environmental Advice

  • Legal advice

  • Medical advice

  • Engineering certifications

  • Environmental laboratory testing

  • Insurance claim determinations

  • Government compliance certifications

    Customers should consult appropriately licensed professionals where needed.

7. Policy Modifications
